  Do not believe a word of these other reviews. The bank does not maintain or upgrade their technology and their customer service is horrible. Technology wise they are the slowest to adopt simple pay systems like apple pay, took them over 2 years of time. They still have not adopted any of the other payment systems like Android or Samsung. Card was comprised one time and they did nothing and provided horrible customer service to get it fixed. They also just turn off your card because they believe it is comprised and left me stranded in D.C. and no one was available during a Saturday or Sunday. You wait on line for over 30 minutes for service and support and than they do not help and just Hang Up. Thanks Kendrick for your horrible customer service skills, and thank you to Gina for Screaming at me over the phone. You are a great example of how not to treat a customer.
  
  If you expect a bank to provide customer service that is Friendly or Fast I would head on down the Street and avoid Village Bank and Trust.
