  So many reviews are written immediately after the work is done. When everything is fresh and shiny or when something goes drastically wrong. I am writing a review several years later because I am still extremely happy with the product and the service that Tim’s Glass provides. When we needed glass shower doors to complete a bathroom remodel, I received Tim’s Glass as a referral from a reputable bath/kitchen store. Tim came out right away for an estimate and discussed several options and prices. I really appreciated that fact the he included a detailed drawing of our shower doors so that it was very clear what they were going to look like. The doors were installed less than two weeks later and were exactly as expected. The glass is solid and the doors have stayed aligned. The Guardian Shower Guard has kept the glass looking great. I really appreciated the one year follow-up to answer a question I had about a caulking seal. Flash forward 3 years when I called Terri in the service department to ask about replacing a handle that I broke. Terri was able to reference my original order and Tim’s Glass came out with the replacement immediately. Sylvester even put a new clear water strip along the moving door, making the shower look fresh again. Tim’s Glass provides a quality product and has a quality support staff that has continued strong through the years. When my neighbor began remodeling their master bathroom, I referred Tim’s Glass to them before they even asked!
