  Our son was 3 years old when we decided to place him in the toddler program at this school as I trust in the Montessori program and hope that he would thrive. He generally a very social kid and loved going to school.
  
  Somehow shortly after we started, he would cry and wail every morning not to go to school. He wouldn't talk about school. He started developing stuttering!
  
  One day, the school called in the middle of the day to ask us to pick him up because they would not be able to take him out for a walk with them because they couldn't handle him!? Is this really a school that is based on the approach that is designed to support the natural development of children in a well-prepared environment? We were beyond belief they did this. Our son was embarrassed and felt left out of the group..traumatized.
  
  We pulled him out right away and never went back. We later learned from another Montessori school that most of the staff at this school weren't even Montessori trained and certified!
  
  Look around. There are better Montessori school out there that would accept and nurture your child's natural development and not wanting him to fit a mold. This is not the place.
