  A loved one spent over 3 weeks here after transfer from LGH (no beds available there) and while the facility and staff were nice, the communication with doctor (psychiatrist) was horrific. After 3 weeks and learning he had prescribed a med that hadn’t helped in the past, we found out that he had never requested that previous records be transferred and had not communicated with her long time psychiatrist at LGH. After leaving daily messages for him with nursing staff, finally got a rude call after 1 1/2 weeks. Contacted director of facility over a week ago and still have not received a return phone call. Communication with family is almost non- existent and visiting hours (only 4 total per week) don’t allow for access to patient or staff in person. Finally got her transferred back to LGH and feel like 3 weeks was waste of time and money! So very very sad and heartbreaking.

  Their evening nurses and stuff are amazing! The group run by Dee and Ricky is pretty awesome. It was easy for me to talk to them knowing they are pretty friendly. My nurse, Jay, was awesome. All the group and all the support system helped me get through my tough time. Thank you for making it easy for me since it was my first time!
