  Worst experience ever!! Not one bit of professionalism displayed by the lady who did haircut for me. I asked her to do 2 on the sides and she just did half and left it there, when i asked her it is not proper she got frustrated and forced the trimmer against my head. This is my 3 bad experience at a great clips and now I am done with great clips, ll find a new salon.

  Expecting more and more professional services. I was very disappointed with my recent haircut over here (377 E Palatine Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). The hair was cut improper/uneven/irregular : - ( and responses to my requests are not good at all, which is not what customers will expect from such a nationalized company. Please make sure people are trained well enough prior to services to avoid experimenting on customers.
