  Just called and spoke with Sasha I believe, I couldn't believe how rude the person was. I had a few questions about the Nintendo Switch and this person acted like I was bothering him / her and acted like they couldn't wait to hang up the phone. I used to come to this GameStop weekly with my son and spend a few hundred dollars, now I will not be visiting this store ever again. Let me make a kind reminder to the millennials out there, you chose this job and part of the job is customer service. If you can't provide even kind of decent service, then you should probably find another job or your attitude will continue to lose your company $$$. Just sayin.
