  The old adage you can't judge a book by its cover applies here. This place is right next to a used car dealer and easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The parking lot could definitely use some repaving! I bought a Local Flavor deal after I read glowing online reviews, but ended up needing far more than an oil change when my car wouldn't start. I initially talked to Mike on the phone and he was very personable. When I brought the car in I actually dealt with Kris. He is hands down the nicest and most honest person I have ever encountered at an auto-related business...maybe any business!
  
  He explained everything very thoroughly and followed through on everything he promised. I left the car overnight since it needed quite a bit of work. Precision Care Care really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and pricing. Kris knocked a few dollars off the brake job when I mentioned I found a lower quote - and even better - the total came in less than the estimate!
  
  I usually meet with resistance when I ask to take a picture of a person at their business. And how many guys would let you roam around the auto shop and take photos - Kris did! I also found out he grew up in my husband's hometown and went to the same high school - so we had a long conversation about that! This was by far the best experience I've ever had getting my car repaired.
