  I had ordered a boutonniere a week in advance, and asked for it to be ready a day before prom. When I came to pick it up, she did not have it ready yet and one of the girls there said I put it down for the next day although that was obviously a mistake on their part. I let it slide since I found out I had more time the next day anyway and got it the next day. The owner did not give much options in regards to sizes/costs.
  
  The boutonniere itself did not look fresh. The small white roses had brown dead parts on the petals, and it was relatively small. The overall look was amateurish. It came in a white cardboard box that was soggy by the time I had it in my hands and did not hold its shape.
  
  I am not sure whether she did not care since I only made a "small" purchase and not ordering wedding flowers or something, but I was not pleased with the store overall.
