  I would highly recommend NorthWest Metalcraft, I've been shopping around for an electric fireplace for my home for a couple weeks. When I walked in I was promptly helped by Shane where he was able to assess what I was looking for and show me the differences between each model. He even convinced me to switch from a 100 inch to a 80 inch model after asking about room sizes & wanting to see the layout & pictures of the room. NW Metalcraft goes above and beyond when it comes to understanding their customers & communication on estimated delivery of the unit. I also decided to install it myself with my dad since I am more of a DIY kind of guy, Shane provided extra instructions and tips to help make it an easy install on my end. I would highly recommend Shane & Northwest Metalcraft & I am planning to come back in a couple months to pick out a patio set as well. No other place I visited offered the same level of experience & the best deal on an electric fireplace.

  What a great experience I had at NW Metalcraft Fireplace. From the moment I walked in, Shane was extremely knowledgable and helpful in my choice for a fireplace unit. Could he have tried to “sell me” a more expensive unit?? Of course. But he listened to my concerns, and really thought out what would be the best most economical solution. I so appreciated the way he handled our interaction and I had to ask myself…”am I in a time machine…have I been transported back to 1970….you know, where people actually help you and figure out what your needs are?" Needless to say, I will be giving them my business in the future.
