  I write to warn you not to bring expensive blankets here. I had a thick blanket cleaned - CLEANED and when I brought it home the underside was covered in lint and parts of the blanket was heat damaged from them putting it in a dryer. The top looked great, oddly. I brought it back to ask them to remove the lint but they replied that because the lint came from my blanket that in the shop owner's words, "they don't care." He said that he didn't understand why I was upset. They refuse to give money back or try to make good on customer service issues. I've taken this to another cleaner previously - farther away from me, and have received it back in better condition, which then in my opinion confirms that the disappointment I experienced at this shop was warranted. I'm sure they've done a great job with other things per others' reviews, but I unfortunately I will not be returning. I was hoping to find a gem, but sometimes knowing who not to trust can be valuable too. Thanks for reading.
