  Used my on the go mobile order app for Dunkin donuts at this location which is my usual way to order. I was there within about 8 to 10 minutesafter i ordered. It was a large ice coffee and a snack wrap. When I got there it wasn't ready and they had not seen the order come in. They made me pull out front. They had 20 minutes for a large iced coffee and snack wrap.The lady at the speaker is always nice but the guy at the window never acknowledges a good morning or thank you or even a smile. They really need some customer service training and how the "on the go order" should work.
