  I had been a customer there for 10 years but the level of honesty and service since changes in management is noticeable. There are a lot of gifts but not a lot of honesty. After completing a repair there, another mechanic told me that it did not appear to him that anything had been done. When I returned, things were uncomfortable, they were less than accommodating, and although they attributed it to a faulty part, I suspect I was charged for a part that wasn't replaced the first time.
